Haven't seen anything from Snow besides what he said in today's article.
Was you comment just your opinion then, or you've heard it elsewhere?

He's by far our best troll. One post you hate him, the next you're agreeing with him. He's smarter than he appears at times. It's an apt representation of Michigan.Hail is so damn good he’s got people confused on what he’s doing.
Syracuse. We were selling early playing time, and he'd rather RS and play with his buddies.Illinois fans, know anything about Quincy Guerrier. Saw he was committing tomorrow and he was down to a final 3 of Oregon, Syracuse, and Illinois.

Would have loved to see Hall in WL, but Izzo is tough to beat. Onto the next one, I suppose.Uh oh. Lol.

Huge Brohm fan, but let's see him sign this class before we get too far ahead on things. Also, I think it's easy to lose the forest for the trees after a few recruiting losses. It's not like Painter is recruiting against IPFW and Wright State. Why? Look what Brohm is doing in year 2 after inheriting a dumpster fire. He's going up against the big boys and winning some legit recruiting battles. Painter? Not so much especially in year 14.
No direct quotes or on-the-record stuff, but Brian said they don't expect it to be Purdue last night. Laid out that as recently as Monday it was viewed as a coin-toss, but that MSU looked to be trending in the right direction.I see the Crystal Ball momentum is heading in our direction, but anything concrete from the Purdue side?
What @CardinalBoiler said. I’m a huge Brohm fan (how can one not be?) but he still has a long way to go to bring Purdue to the national level like the basketball program has consistently been under Painter. Painter isn’t bringing in slouches. Why? Look what Brohm is doing in year 2 after inheriting a dumpster fire. He's going up against the big boys and winning some legit recruiting battles. Painter? Brohm is on the fringe of having a top 25 class in football and suddenly Purdue fans want to throw Painter under the bus when he’s had multiple top 25 classes (a top 5 even). Both are the same age and some Purdue fans want to view Brohm as a rising young coaching star and have just grown tired of being a really good team under Painter but wanting more.
One has to remember Painter also inherited a program that was in the dumps and didn’t have near the support/resources from Burke that Brohm has from Bobinski.
Painter definitely deserves a lot of the blame for the classes that followed the 2007 class. (2008-2011) I don’t think people realize how far behind Purdue was in terms of resources/facilities, etc. though either. He was going to a gun fight with a tooth brush.Purdue Basketball is a top 20ish program in basketball. Painter has never broken through or even had a sniff at getting past a Sweet 16. He has had two knock it out of the park four year player classes (2007 and 2014) and one that was a one player class with a bonafide superstar (2016). From 2008-2013 there is a whole bunch of junk. 2015 okay class but didn't break through and 2017 is still too early to tell.
2018 certainly could out play its ranking but too early to tell. Unless Purdue gets Zeke 2019 is going to look very similar to that 2018 class.
You can hope and pray your coach coaches them up, but without a stellar core see (2007 and 2014) Painter hasn't been the best at that.
I can understand why fans are upset Painter can't snag top 50 recruits.
I don't remember Illinois seriously recruiting Trevion Williams, but I could be wrong.Huge Brohm fan, but let's see him sign this class before we get too far ahead on things. Mason Gillis - Ohio State, Butler, Xavier
Brandon Newman - Indiana (yeah, I know), Xavier, Ohio State, Maryland
Eric Hunter - Ohio State, Butler, Minnesota
Dowuona - Miami (FL), Clemson, Tennessee, UConn
Trevion Williams - Michigan State, Illinois, Xavier
There have been more than a few high-profile losses by Painter recently, and that's damn frustrating. But it's not like he's bringing in Donnie Hale and Jacob Lawson.

Yeah, we threw out a shit ton of offers last season. I don't doubt that we offered, but I don't think we "recruited" once we saw the writing on the walls.“Williams checks in as the No. 77 player nationally in the class of 2018. Other offers are from Xavier and DePaul, and Xavier appears to have emerged as an early favorite.
“Xavier has been recruiting me the hardest so far,” Williams said. “They were the first ones to offer me and believe in me, and they continue to check on me.“
The Illini now have offers out to two big men in the class of 2018. They previously offered Webster Groves (MO) product
Carte’Are Gordon”
Looks like they offered him right before MSU and Purdue did so they were in early but I remember everyone thought he was Xavier bound. I’m not sure how hard they recruited him after that though.
Not a legit account lol they have 100 followers

I like this guy's track record. Really has some exclusive #content:

It's easy to frame it that way without considering the fact that two of his best three teams were felled by major injuries in February and March.
He has had two national player of the year candidates in three years. That’s pretty decent, right? If he recruited better he would have had more than 4 opportunities to break through in 14 years.

ProbablyI mean the last time he had a National Player of the Year candidate he got blown out 98-66 in the Sweet 16 and that one did not have any injury excuses.
So is he just a bad coach?

Kansas was a great team that super athletic and had the POY. They were the better team. Why didn’t that translate to tournament wins?
