Rutgers has looked like they are coached by Darrell Hazell and IU is making them look respectable today.

When you use "We" it implies that you are a part of the group that considered NW good. If it was a mistake in writing, fine. But if you are going to try to make any other excuse than that then you're simply backpedaling.

You're making the excuse for Brohm that the roster is the reason they lost to EMU as if EMU is some loaded roster itself.
That's quite clearly the excuse you just used for the loss to EMU.
You’d sure think so based on how they hyped their team. I was expecting a B10 Championship based on their hype.
