Gonna have the most NIT appearances too, without his son to save next year
Me after having a few days to process the loss to a 16 seed and still willing to die on the “Painter’s day will come in March” hill because I know he’s a good coach.
Thankfully there aren’t any 17 seeds to lose to.About as good as Painter’s tournament history
We can only hope, we can only hope.Maybe year 19 will be the year
Disagree. Confident Purdue could make history there too. No such thing as bad press IMO.Thankfully there aren’t any 17 seeds to lose to.
Yeah watch they will expand the tournament next year and have 17 seeds lol.Disagree. Confident Purdue could make history there too. No such thing as bad press IMO.
No need, he’ll have a better roster than Juwan yearly.I really figured Underwood would close the gap this year
You build it, we’ll lose it. The Purdue motto.Yeah watch they will expand the tournament next year and have 17 seeds lol.
Then maybe we will make it 😅😭
Congrats on a magical year!Couldn't help but notice all game how washed up Izzo is....wish we had Juwan Howard or Matt ****ing Painter instead.
after watching Purdue try to break the press, Painter disagreesNo such thing as bad press IMO
No need, he’ll have a better roster than Juwan yearly.
Maybe Howard can call up Beilien and figure out who to recruit?
Nobody questions underwood’s talent acquisition skills. It’s the on the court stuff. No need, he’ll have a better roster than Juwan yearly.

Great recruiter , but can he lead them to the second weekend is the question…Nobody questions underwood’s talent acquisition skills. It’s the on the court stuff.
Juwan won’t need the last part unless he figures out the regular season.Maybe Underwood should, too. Or get some March coaching tips.
Nobody questions underwood’s talent acquisition skills. It’s the on the court stuff.
Wouldn't that be losing a play-in game to a 16 seed? I'm sure we can figure out how to do that.Thankfully there aren’t any 17 seeds to lose to.
Eh, we’ve had injuries the last 2 years by the time the tourney rolls around and very unfavorable matchups.Nobody questions underwood’s talent acquisition skills. It’s the on the court stuff.
Juwan won’t need the last part unless he figures out the regular season.
Eh, we’ve had injuries the last 2 years by the time the tourney rolls around and very unfavorable matchups.
I don’t think a single Big Ten team would’ve beat Arkansas or Houston.
Nobody makes excuses for Loyola
Lol that same Gard who joined Juwan in the NIT?Maybe Gard can close the gap then
You guys should keep Juwan around super long, his Sweet 16’s are so impressive.Underwood is 59 years old without a single Sweet 16 and the excuse is injuries. 🤣
We’ll be fine. Gotta have faith!

I think he could be in the right system....He'sjust not built for what Woodson wants to do. He'd be a perfect fit IMO for Wisconsin. Former Top 50 kid, who was rated a 5* by Scout. The times he was on the floor, he looked comfortable....Only took 16 shots, but made 12 of them. Had season high 17 minutes vs ELon, 10/6.
I watched as well. Really good high school game. I wasn’t sold on Winter a year ago but he’s growing on me. Like his offensive game. Robison? Bleh. Too much Tyler Wahl there. McAndrew has some skill for sure. He’s visited. Only question is the physicality. Looks like he’s 12 though. But I’d welcome just about any 6’8” guy that could shoot. Ben affleck or not.@jwardelt
I'm currently watching a few future Wisconsin "Ben Affleck's" in the State Semi's. Nolan Winter can shoot it pretty well, but is soft in the paint. Jack Robison has been a non-factor so far. Jackson McAndrew (2024) looks very impressive. Leading his team to a double-digit lead over Madi, I mean, Lakeville North. I believe McAndrew has already visited Wisky?
I know we recruited/offered in high school. Be curious if we go after him.I think he could be in the right system....He'sjust not built for what Woodson wants to do. Just no minutes at IU once TJD and Race returned, plus the addition of Malik. I think he'd be a really good get for a system like Wisky.
We beat Houston last year. What’s your excuse?Eh, we’ve had injuries the last 2 years by the time the tourney rolls around and very unfavorable matchups.

I truly believe that, sadly lolWe’ll be fine. Gotta have faith!
Congrats on beating them in the regular season! We beat Houston last year. What’s your excuse?
Ha. Excuses excuses.Congrats on beating them in the regular season!
Again, they would’ve deep dicked your team that lost to an 11 seed in the tourney, same with the rest of the conference.
Illinois beat UCLA and Texas early this year, so in your book they would’ve beat them again in the tourney?Ha. Excuses excuses.
We’ll never know. Excuses excuses.Illinois beat UCLA and Texas early this year, so in your book they would’ve beat them again in the tourney?
That’s crazy dumb logic if you’d answer yes and not a single Illinois fan would agree with you.
Lol at thinking your shitty team who lost to Nebraska, Michigan St and an 11 seed Iowa State in their last 4 games would’ve beat Houston.
Of course we won’t, you lost to an 11 seed. We’ll never know. Excuses excuses.
You keep repeating it like I give a shit.Of course we won’t, you lost to an 11 seed.
Lol that same Gard who joined Juwan in the NIT?
You guys should keep Juwan around super long, his Sweet 16’s are so impressive.
He’s so good!
I like that he makes the tourney, hard to make runs if you struggle with that.Do you like Underwood’s Sweet 16s?
I like that he makes the tourney, hard to make runs if you struggle with that.
But I get why you are angry, this season is what Michigan’s basketball future looks like with Juwan.
