Why would the NIT want a team who consistently sells out their home games and is in the premier league in college b-ball?

Yeah, you're only 3-5 in your last 8, so not nearly as bad as 2-6................
losing teams are not a hot commodity. they will have better teams to choose from.
the BT can only carry so much weight that is why there are 10 BT teams in the discussion for the NCAAT.

I don’t know about those two, but we might be seeing some free agency come August. Lots of roster changes for next year will be had if/when that rule changes this summer

Garza still has work to do to be a NBA player and the Euro leagues don't pay enough to leave early. so the Euro money will still be there the following summer.
neither will leave and come back as they have unfinished business with a loaded team next season. they will have a very good shot at the BT Championship and a shot at the Elite 8 and maybe FF.

update on Ugundele. led his team to a win in their Post play with 21 points. earlier he had balloened up to 270 lbs while injured, now he is 255 lbs and is playing at a high level, still is raw but the potential is there.
only been in the states since he was 16, former soccer player turned BB player as a FR.
Olaseni was the same former soccer player turned BB player, Ogundele has a much better offensive game at this point. a very nice above the rim player, rebounding, blocking shots with the ability to score inside and outside with range to 3.
best thing is he will be the 3rd option at the 4 or 5. this will allow him to learn and adjust to pace of the college game. just like the other 4 players of the 2020 class.

switching screens to watch the Baseball game. Iowa is off to a nice start to the season 3-1 vs top 25 teams, 2-1 vs the ACC in the ACC/BT Challenge. where Iowa was the only BT team to have a winning series.
they have already had game ended because of the mercy rule. in todays game they scored 12 runs in the top of the 9th when Heller put in batters that had not played yet.
Nobody. We have 8 scholarship players currently. You know, the thing you love to bring up as to why Iowa sucks ass again.

There are a lot of teams that could win the tournament (UM, MSU, OSU, Wisc, Illinois) but Purdue isn't one of them.

what makes this so interesting there are 2 scenes that could playout
Iowa beats Illinois they get the 4 seed and Illinois gets the 5 seed
that will meet again on Friday.
or if Illinois wins they get the 4 seed and Iowa gets the 5 seed with the chance of playing on Friday.
this will bring up the question of will Iowa be able to beat Illinois for the 3rd time this season with such short turnaround. or will Illinois beat Iowa back to back on such a short turnaround.

Also, there was a good portion of our fans that didn't like him even without the eye-poking accidents...............
problem is NOBODY EVER got seriously hurt either. Davidson is the dirtiest player in the BT and its not even up for debate.
in countless games he has undercut players or stuck his foot out in attempt to injure players coming down with a rebound. Woody never came close to what Davidson has done the past 2 seasons.

they didn't like him because he was not a major scorer, he did though as a 4 year starter was help Iowa to the NIT Championship Game, 3 NCAAT trips 2 3rd place Ties and the 3rd best win total by 4 year starters the best 2 were under Dr. Tom back in the late 80's early 90's. the same time period when Iowa had those type of seasons.
And amazingly no one has ever been hurt by Davison. There’s no intent. But continue to bitch. It’s fun to have a player everyone hates for a change.
