*Official* B1G In-Season Thread

Lunardi had you first four out. Yes he sucks but assuming he's right, do you really think a home win over Rutgers is the result that pushes you past other another bubble team?
Its not just the Rutgers game that pushes us over the edge. It’s a combination of things. This game simply is one of those pieces.

Its kind of crazy that Nebraska went 13-5 in the big ten last year and didnt get in but iu might at 8-12. Shows how much tougher the big ten was to win this year as opposed to last year.

Think there’s a little more to it than that.

Got to watch 2 OSU football practices this week. That was a blast. Headed now to the Wisconsin game. Not expecting as much fun. lol Rumor is Wesson to be back for the B1G tourney game. Won’t help today.

Not sure Nebraska had one quad one win last year.

Conference wasnt nearly as good last year as it was this year. Its very strong this year top to bottom. Northwestern is the clear worst team IMO and KP says theyd be the 5th best team in the Pac 12 conference.

Why does Fran continue to play Connor, Dailey, Baer, Garza or Cook, and Kriener? That lineup sucks ass. One of Bohannon, Moss or Wieskamp should ALWAYS be in the game

No but they’re playing better
Absolutely. It's hard to play worse than they played in January and the first half of February.

Frankly, I think the Purdue game, as ugly as it was, was a turning point. They went from getting embarrassed at Minnesota to playing a 2 point game against one of the Big Ten champs that would have gone to OT had Haarms not tipped in the miss. They followed that with a road OT loss at Iowa that could have easily been a win and then have won 4 straight since.

IU is really close to being on a 6 game winning streak and securely in the field.

Fran must’ve had some choice words at half because Iowa finally started fast in a second half and he couldn’t the last 2 games

You could make a case for Morgan over Cook, but I mean that’s what happens when you lose 12 of 13 and underachieve.

The streak hurts but I can’t name 10 guys I’d take before Morgan. Considering the standings it’s hard to put him 1st team but I guess it shows the strength of the league this year.

Ranking the teams how they’re playing right now:

1. Indiana
2. MSU
3. Wisconsin
4. Maryland
5. Purdue
6. Michigan
7. Minnesota
8. Iowa
