Guaranteed for the NIT so....

I asked the guy trolling Iowa a simple question. It was your choice to try and respond for him.
I wasn't responding for him. I was answering for me. Must you be so, I mean, technical about such little, minute, meaningless things? Its a basketball board. Where fans make fun of other teams/fans. its not like the wheel just got invented.

Weak bubble. This team is currently First four out. I cannot really dosagree with most of what you said. But I do think if this team beats Rutgers on Saturday, that their chances of making the NCAAT will be better than 5%.
First four out by whom. Lunardi and Palm are terrible so I wouldn't use them for guidance. But even if they are first four, that is before any potential bid stealers step in. And wins over Rutgers and OSU or Minnesota aren't exactly moving the needle.

You are definitely trending well and it wouldn't surprise me if IU dances. But if we were in your shoes, I wouldn't feel comfortable unless we were playing next Saturday.

15 losses is a ton for an at-large. 16 would be NIT for sure. Better not lose to Buttgers.

A lot of people are using Oklahoma last year as a benchmark but that team was 18-13 with 5 KenPom top 25 wins and only one loss outside of KenPom top 60 (Note - it will be nice when we have historical NET team sheets to reference). IU is at 4 KenPom top 25 ins and three losses outside of KenPom top 60.

And last year was a weak bubble too.

But when I make fun of the Indiana fan it’s crossing the line?
Who said that? Jesus dude....You sound like some 6 year old...."But, but mom.....she did it first". Man I try so hard to like you. I mean I feel like you are a good dude. But god damn.....You nit pick the shit out of everything. So what IU sucks. So what that a IU fan made fun of Iowa's once again late season spiral. I mean would it have anymore validity had it been a "Duke fan"? Why not just join in on the fun, instead of playing hall monitor?

Lunardi and Palm are terrible? Ok.

Anyways....Never said I felt comfortable. BUT.....IF IU wins Saturday, then wins opener of BTT, I would feel really comfortable. Its been a weak bubble all year.

BTW, out of curiosity....Who would you lean toward for guidance if not Lunardi? Just curious. Maybe I am missing something, but always felt Lunardi was pretty spot on.

Check out bracketmatrix.com they have a comprehensive list of all brackets and rank them on how accurate they are from year to year. Lunardi and Palm are usually pretty low.

That Oklahoma team again is considered in. Their resume isn't any better than that of Indiana. Anways....Its just good to be able to have this discussion. I think right now, IU's a team I wouldn't want to see in the BTT. Healthy...confident, and playing well.

I will. Always thought Lunardi was pretty spot on with who got in.

Edit: Neat site. Has IU as first four out.

Hall Monitor Hail. Has a nice ring.
