After beating Purdue, we moved up a whole 2 spots in the NET rankings!!!!!!
We are still behind powerhouses Nebraska and Penn State. Maybe someday we can strive to be as good as those two programs.

hard to understand kenpom. ISU has lost 5 out of the last 7 including a 90-75 loss to WVU who is tied with Okie State at 4-13 in B12 and 12-18 overall and yet they are #18 by kenporn.

does not explain why/how ISU is still where they are having far worse losses and dropping in the conference standings.
unless of course you are saying the BT was grossly OVER RATED and the B12 GROSSLY UNDER RATED.
You have the 11th most efficient offense nationally but only the 134th efficient defense. Iowa State is 10th offensively by 62nd defensively. KenPom rating is the difference between offensive and defensive efficiency.
Have a better defense and you'd be rated higher.
The ranking is based off the difference between AdjO and AdjD. Wins and losses really have nothing to do with it. It's all about efficiency. Iowa's defense is such trash that it hurts their ranking.
maybe they need to look at who ISU has played, when they played a team with a pulse they gave up a bunch of points in the loss,
