London would be alright, but there are a lot way cooler places. Italy like you mentioned, has a lot to offer. Rome, Venice, and the Vatican for history. Beaches in the Mediterranean. The dolomites. Etc.
I wpuld like to visit: Japan (for the culture and to snowboard), New Zealand, Greece, Croatia, Amsterdam, Iceland, Thailand, Istanbul, etc.
