A Maryland fan asked how you lost to Purdue. I gave my opinion. If you could combine Turgeon's recruiting (?$?$?) with Painter's game coaching, I think you'd have a hell of a coach. But just as Painter isn't a great recruiter, I'm not a fan of Turgeon as a game coach.

Personally, I don’t see what the Crossroads Classic does for Indiana. Waste of an important December Saturday that could be otherwise used on an exciting and emotional game against a decent opponent on a neutral court.
Butler is a scrappy team. I watched that whole game and they battled. But I just kept waiting for Indiana to make that run and win.

Iowa does the same thing. In fact, I believe we copied it from them. Too much home cooking from the home teams. I like the idea. We play our biggest basketball rival, Iowa St every year and switch it up with the others. Who, IMO are not even rivals. Drake and UNI are kiddy table shit.
