Iowa State about to snag Purdue's 1 seed.

1 UConn (East)
1 UNC (South)
1 Houston (West)
1 Iowa State (Midwest)

2 Purdue (Midwest)
2 Tennessee (West)
2 Marquette (South)
2 Auburn (East)

3 Duke (East)
3 Alabama (South)
3 Arizona (West)
3 Creighton (Midwest)

4 Illinois (Midwest)
4 Kentucky (West)
4 Baylor (South)
4 Kansas (East)
Solid 9/10 job right here.

If ISU steals a 1-seed, it will be UNC's. IMO, they(ISU) don't deserve it. OOC schedule was horrid. Like 324th.

In order

1- UCONN
1- Purdue
1-HOU
1- UNC

All Big Ten Leprechaun First Team.

Putting the former Shamrock at the top of this list.

TJS went nuclear.....What, 74 points past two games? They go as he goes.

I do however think Illinois could be a FF threat. Lot of pieces.

He did. Had to listen to the radio yesterday on our way back from Chicago, so I couldn't watch, but the anouncer were supper high on his performance. It was a career high fir him.

Illinois finished the regular season as the 2nd best Big Ten offense in the KenPom era. Frank Kaminsky’s Wisconsin is the only team with a higher rating.

Not mad about the 6 day break between our Wisconsin loss and our first tourney game.

Braden didn’t look bad on Saturday, but he clearly wasn’t 100%.

Fine with the draw too.

Damn I was wrong. Wild that Houston stayed at 2 after that. Clearly that’s proof the conference tournaments don’t mean that much.
Yeah, the committee showed they gave zero f***s about the conference tournaments outside of very begrudgingly having to scrap some of their early drafts because of upsets.

They also showed that you can game the NET by blowing out weak opponents like the Big 12 and SEC did, but it will hurt you come time for the tournament selection.

Meaning they care more about weak non-conference schedules in November and December than how you're playing and who you beat at the end of the season/in the conference tournament.

Classic.

Things go well for you Fri?
It was my wife. She as scheduled to have surgery. Docotrs office called on Thurs, around 4 pm, saying it was PPD, due to insurance not approving the procedure. Very upsetting for my wife. A suregery that could have changed her life----Glas to know insurance companies know what is best for us/her.

Stupid muther****ers. Possible there is a warrant out for me now, after the phine call I had wit them. Laughing

It bumped us up to a 3 seed. Beating good teams matters.
Agreed, they matter excluding the final game due to timing, and it cost Purdue the #1 overall seed (not that it matters all that much but I'd rather have UNC in the FF than Houston as a possible opponent).

This is what it should have been, but the committee rewarded Houston for their horrid OOC schedule.

No, it just means the committee has their heads up their ass. Houston does not deserve the #2 overall with that pathetic OOC schedule.

Yeah I was surprised HOU was #2.

TBH, not sure how big of a deal it is, anyways. Not much of a difference really.

Outside of Kansas being our 4, I think we got kinda screwed.
