Sloppy ass game for both teams, feels like I’m watching AAU
That was a solid win. I place more stock in leading by double digits for close to half the game than a controlled 5-7 point lead throughout (despite Nova making it tight in the end).
I think Nova will ultimately be a bubble out team but this was a good showing for MSU despite the scare.
Illinois has double digit turnovers and about 80% are just being lackadaisical with the ball.
Ton of talent and no chemistry yet. We’ll lose some early in the year while we work out the kinks, but some of the turnovers and blown defense are inexcusable.
Gotta stop switching Epps/Clark onto Jaquez.
