In reality, that was a quality read.
It was a good read----Except for that part of---"Whooping a solid Bellarmine program(team)." Bellarmine is in their 2nd year of D1. They were a very good, solid D2 program. No doubt. Woeked a many of thier games. Scotty(Davenport) is one hell of a coach. Won a natty a few years back. But they are from from a solid, D1 program. Sure they went 10-3 in the Atlantic Sun-----But,well, I mean the Atlantic Sun is not some juggernaut conference, either.

While I agree they are better, Kenpom’s rankings aren’t credible right now.

Fwiw Eastern is just about always around the 150 range. Both teams Kenpom ratings last year were skewed a by the condensed scheduled they played. And this year skewed because of last year having so much weight this early.
Also, the #180 and #280 teams are probably closer than the #10 and #40 teams. At some point you get to a huge net of mid majors that aren’t separated by much.
But Eastern isn’t a #280 level program or team. That’ll climb.

First time seeing the Hoosiers. Johnson is quick, strong,and makes good decisions. Maybe his turnover hiccups have left....TJD looks much better off the bounce. We are able to switch everything defensively....Even Durr did a nice job staiyng with NIU stud guard, Hankerson. Liked the small sample I saw of Durr. Footwork looks decent.
NIU is bad. But IU's defense has been smothering. Defense is mean.

I want to watch this Purdue game, but Raphael Davis is insufferable in the first four minutes on commentary.

The gall of an ex-Purdue player to be talking up his alma-mater/former coach. If only the media talked about Izzo once in a while. Hope your weekend gets better from here on man.
