I think plenty of Purdue fans (myself included) have thought the same thing with Newman. He’s been saying all the right things when asked about not playing and staying after games to shoot but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he left.
I do think Loyer will be a better Sasha who can do more off the dribble but I’m guessing he’ll probably redshirt so he can put on more weight and get stronger.

They can’t transfer, because they would have to sit out. It’s just whether or not they want to use their Covid year or not. Race and Stewart have already been in college for 5 years. This is XJ’s fourth year.
It’s not like they are choosing between college and the pros. Just whether or not they want to actually begin their life after bball.
