I mean, Purdue has made the Final Four more recently than Iowa has won the B10. Good Lord. Y'all need to retire from basketball.
Does the BTT Title count? as they did win 2 of those in the 2000-2009 seasons. also the BTT winner gets the BT auto bid.
when was Purdue's last FF, I admit I don't follow Purdue but it was my understanding their last FF was the same year that Iowa made the FF,

Yeah, without knowing the locker room dynamic, I think he was guilty by association with Ronnie and his dad in the minds of most in the fanbase. He was the type of guy who was a really good complementary player, but not someone you can win a lot of games as your lead guard/wing.
As was the case with a lot of guys during that 2-3 year malaise, a streaky jumper with flawed mechanics was exposed at the college level and it really diminished his impact offensively.

since nobody will answer I went and looked it up and surprise surprise Purdue's last FF was in 1980 just like Iowa's FF was in 1980.
on to another subject been on HR and their reaction to Fran not getting Harvey is very puzzling.
1st Harvey would have had to sit out this fall so he would not been in a position to help this fall, this to me was not a miss.
2nd most thought that the Hauser were a very very long shot at best, so this didn't really rate on the meter.
3rd if Fran needs a transfer he would need a 1 n done transfer to fill Moss's spot as the only Player with meaningful minutes is Jordan then a RSFR is there to back him up

Connor backup FR Toussaint
Jordan backup RSFR Fredrick
this why I was/am hoping that Fran can get a JUCO Guard or a GT Guard, to fill the void left by Moss as a 3 year starter,

Also, I think you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the "little brother" insult dynamic works. It's a good example of such when a Purdue fan is complaining about IU getting more attention or seeking to drag down IU to make Purdue look better (like when I post "Blue Blood" in parentheses - and @klize17 rightly laughs at me). Just engaging/debating/calling out an IU fan doesn't, on its own, qualify as a "Little Brother" characteristic.
What you described in the post above would be hypocrisy. Not insecurity or jealousy, which are at the heart of a "little brother" dynamic.
Hopefully that helps. If you're feeling the itch, just type "lulz" instead. They're practically interchangeable in your internet vocabulary already.
