Simply relaying info he had from his sources isn’t being biased, that’s called doing his job.

So apparently his sources were wrong. Based on what Blaire said, that’s all good and happens.

Thanks my dude.

Honestly I’m embarrassed to have participated in this IU/Purdue shitposting.

@MileHighSpartan to answer your question on Morton I’d say he could be considered a pg or a wing depending on what your team needs. For Purdue I think he’ll play the Mathias role (not necessarily the shooting) of having the ball in his hands a lot because he’s such a good passer/decision maker. He seems to be a better playmaker off the dribble than Mathias was especially at this stage of his career.

What am I missing with this post? Hall committed on Nov 1st, but most people assumed it was MSU for the last ~week leading up to that
I was just showing that Brian doesn’t just say he thinks it’s Purdue all the time for the hell of it. & yeah I remember posting on here that I thought it’d be MSU a few weeks leading up to it from the updates that were given.

Edit: just looked @MileHighSpartan and I was wrong about it being a couple weeks before he announced.

Lol. Neither does Rabjohns.

jesus this debate again. calling Neubert a homer is based on nothing but the fact that he writes for a Purdue publication.

Yeah it’s been this way for years here. The peegs guys think Brian is the equivalent of the iu writer that went out of his way to say Hummel was nothing more than a bench guy in college.

Yeah, this is pure Purdue fanboy nonsense.
Obviously, I was being facetious. I really don’t give a sht about Rabjohns or Peegs. I’ve never had a subscription to an IU site so I have no detailed knowledge of how much of a homer they are. What I can tell you is that Brian is very very far from being a homer. As a poster indicated earlier, there are many GBI members who would probably prefer that he sugar coat things, but that just isn’t who he is.

That was Terry Hutchens and he passed away recently. It was a bad take and he owned up to it. RIP Terry.

Didn’t realize he ever owned up to it, thanks. Just edited my post to tone it down in light of your reply

You’re good man no worries. I remember it was years later and I tweeted at him I think. His reply was something along the lines of “Purdue fans still give me grief for that to this day and for good reason. I was way off on that one.”

It takes character to own up to a mistake instead of doubling down. RIP as you said.

Terry was the first person I read in high school that got me into this crazy part of college basketball. Then in fall 2006 sitting in my disgusting ass house at 17th and Dunn I became a member to Peegs to find out if Derrick Rose would be joining Eric Gordon. God damn it I have gotten old

If HS was anywhere near 2006, I have several years on you. I joined GBI in 2003, which was a couple years after college, and it was just a different time in my life, hence the VulvHa handle (@Rivals let us change our handle online instead having to fcking make a phone call). If you don’t have kids yet, just wait, that’s when everything changes.

Wife & I just started trying for our first. I’ve never been so nervous for anything in my life.

I had planned on not moving and resigning my lease by 5/15 to not increase my stupidly high rent and then at 12:35 I am now moving lol that is my life.

And I am coming back for the race and then back for a week in June and now I have to find a time to ****ing move

If next year the C's have another early playoff exit, would Stevens quit his job?
I guess I was thinking maybe we could hear some more Stevens to IU chants in B1G-related threads.

Don’t let anyone B/S you. No one is ever ready, so just fake it until you make it like the rest of us. It’s tough and maddening at times, but it’s also the most rewarding thing you’ll ever do.

Negative. Don’t think he is ever going back to college

It's nice knowing you have a few years on me. I started following recruiting closely with the '10 class as an undergrad and thinking Terone Johnson was going to be a really impactful player. Silly rabbit.

I always kind of felt bad for Terone. I think he showed what he could do as a sophomore when he was surrounded by good shooters. He just had NOBODY to space the floor in his last 2 years. Idk what he did to have his captain status removed as a senior but he was always a good dude off the court when I was around him.

You think one changes things, just wait to see how things change when you have a second. Lol. Waaaaaay different.

I get the feeling Fran isn't going after a grad transfer so his kids can get more playing time.
