I just saw he got another highly-rated recruit to commit to Georgia this week and I could only chuckle because those poor saps are in for a rough ride.
Haha yep it won’t last. The guy was always able to get a good recruit or two but he will reach and it will be the same song and dance. Plus the in-game coaching
Patience isn’t easy for a lot but I do think Archie is doing the right things to build a program and sustain. Which is exactly what Crean couldn’t do.
Not getting some of the out of state recruits hurts but the players he is getting are nice foundation building recruits. I do think next years Indiana team will be more balanced and won’t lose 12 of 13 and make the tournament. The expectations will be low from most so they can “surprise” some people.

Hell, one could argue that our main sport is dudes in Speedos jumping off perfectly good platforms into a pool. Purdue has 11 men's NCAA diving championships in the last decade.
You don't have to root for Iowa. Abandon ship while you can. Or do you like being an inbred hillbilly too much? Why don't you try and step up from Iowa. Go root for Rutgers. They're a better program top to bottom than Iowa.
