Billy Gillispie was such a major embarrassment ............ Its literally like everyone was just joking with mitch barnhart saying you should go get Billy G and just showed up to the press conference and everyone was OMG... we were joking.. why would you do that?

We're talking about current streaks, that should have been obvious since the teams that didn't win 20 games weren't included. You really thought this was an all-time consecutive streak? You really shouldn't be calling other people dipshits then.
Show me where your OP said anything about CURRENT streaks. Ill wait, dipshit.

It's harder to win 20 games when you schedule quality OOC and play in the best conference in America (Big Ten), compared to leagues with a weak middle and bottom like the ACC, Big XII, or SEC for example.

Hilarious from a b1g dude.
Kansas, top 8 of KP adjEM each year since 2014
KU had great results the last series (plus!) with OSU, hope they give it another go.

Florida under Billy Donovan had 16 straight 20-win seasons which also included four Final Fours - that's an average of one Final Four per every four NCAA trips. That is roughly Florida's historic average (22 NCAA bids, Five Final4's --> F4 every 4.4 bids).

Currently under Mike White, UF has 4-consecutive 20 win seasons, three-straight NCAA trips, 3 straight trips to RD32 and one Elite8. White landed his best class yet with two McDonald All-Americans (Scottie Lewis & Tre Mann) along with Omar Payne (#43 overall).

I am sure that some other schools (i.e Syracuse, Kentucky, etc.) had very long streaks historically as well.

Here's what I got for most consecutive 30-win seasons. Am I missing anyone?

4x
Memphis: 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009
Kansas: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013

3x
Kentucky: 1996, 1997, 1998
UCLA: 2006, 2007, 2008
UNC: 2007, 2008, 2009
Duke: 2009, 2010, 2011
Wichita State: 2015, 2014, 2013
Gonzaga: 2017, 2018, 2019

Thirty plus win seasons are rare indeed and much harder to come along - especially in bunches.

For Florida, the Gators had three 30+ winning seasons overall and each of them ended up in the Final4:
UF had two 30-win seasons in a row: 2006 & 2007 and one other in 2014.

UF was the #1 overall seed twice in their history and both times they went to the Final4: 2007 (NC's) & 2014. When the Gators had great teams, they usually live up to their billing!
