UK will be fine. Cal has known Bruiser for a lot of years. Might free up some time for Cal to spend on the recruiting trail as Flint knows how Cal wants things done.
Just have to wait and see. I don’t think Payne was doing as much on the recruiting trail the last few years. So I don’t know how much it will effect that. He was terrific with our big man development. I was excited to see him work with Sarr. I think that’s where it will hit hardest.
I don’t think he was helping us land top big man prospects recently. We’ve missed on pretty much all of them.
Maybe we were due for a fresh face on the staff. Flint has a lot of experience.
