Maybe he will transfer to Michigan State, nothing can go wrong there. That's one of the stories out there. No one really knows for sure.

Tom Izzo has never had a player charged or sued for sexual misconduct...seems like Haas is more at home in West Lafayette?
Painter needs to get better at strong amring rape victims and cover ups I guess.
I believe it is a crime to knowingly infect someone with an STD. Not sure if Indiana is one of those states so maybe that's why she went the civil suit direction.Seriously though can this chick sue anyone if she let the guy not wear a rubber?

It's basically manslaughter, I know there have been advances in treating it but there is still no cure. Knowingly doing that to someone is sick, regardless of the law.California Libs are trying to change that. It use to be a felony there to knowingly expose someone to HIV. Now it's a misdemeanor.

Haas wasn't accused of sexual assault, ever. Yes, unknowingly transmitting herpes to a partner is still pretty messed up but the sex was consensual. Big difference transmitting it through sexual assault as compared to having consensual sex. If he had assaulted the girl im pretty sure purdue would have kicked him out.Felton was accused supposedly of sexual assault and knowingly transmitting Herpes to multiple girls.
Basically the same. Purdue did nothing. UNC kicked him out of school.
Let illegal criminals walk about without concern, choosing your own gender, and now infect someone with an STD without getting in trouble. Cali, baby.California Libs are trying to change that. It use to be a felony there to knowingly expose someone to HIV. Now it's a misdemeanor.

Went ahead and Ask Jeeves'd it, and in Indiana, it's a crime if you do so while positive for HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis B. So in this case, it wouldn't be a crime in Indiana.I believe it is a crime to knowingly infect someone with an STD. Basically the same. Except for, ya know, the sexual assault part.Felton was accused supposedly of sexual assault and knowingly transmitting Herpes to multiple girls.
