Bama vs SDST - I don't care
Creighton vs Princeton - hell no
FAU vs Tenn - IDGAF
K-state vs MSU - Meh, I will watch, not overly compelling
Houston vs Miami - May be good. It doesn't get my jollies
Xavier vs Texas - no
Arkansas vs Uconn - very compelling, I want the teams to kick the shhh out of each other
Zags vs UCLA - most compelling game by far

I hope the EE is better

weird place to post when you obviously don't love college basketball.

I think every single game is amazing. Chance to get to the elite 8 and beyond that the ultimate glory of a FF berth.

The Sweet 16 and Elite 8 rounds have historically been my favorite weekend. Great mix of quality of matchups and quantity of games. Plus they are played in real basketball arenas and not football stadiums.

I’ll admit that this year has a couple more matchups than normal that are so-so when it comes to moving the needle. But I still think at least 4-5 of the games will be really good.

Here’s how I’d rank my interest, from most to least interested:

Gonzaga/UCLA — enough said.
Arkansas/UConn — Lot of talent and athleticism
Miami/Houston — Dynamic backcourts go at it
KSU/MSU - Tang in his first Sweet 16, Izzo in his hundredth
Princeton/Creighton — can Cinderella dance more?
San Diego State/Bama - great contrast of styles
Xavier/Texas - should be a solid game
FAU/Tennessee — Ehh. I like Johnell Davis

S16 is great because it's usually the best mix of great games + a whole night of games still. Looking forward to it even though UK isn't apart of it.

Naw, it's just not movin the needle. In fact, I think it's safe to say that nobody anywhere gives a shit bout any of those yokels.

It is to the die hard NCAA basketball fans, or if your team is still playing.

It's a very good set of games. There's going to be a first time HC champ more than likely unless Izzo wins it, and that's always kind of interesting to add a name to the frat. Even if Izzo wins okay then good for him for getting his 2nd. Maybe even a first time champ for a school too.

The level of play has been in decline for awhile now so that's nothing new really. It's been a great tournament so far. I'm not a die hard fan anymore but I'll be watching what I can time permitting.

The Arkansas vs Kansas was the best game I've seen so far but I haven't seen them all. It was played at a real intense style with dudes making plays for both teams. It's a shame somebody had to lose both deserved to win. Hopefully more action this weekend similar to that.

A little underwhelming compared to most years, yes. If the higher seeds win then I think we'll have great matchups for the Elite Eight. Would look like this...

Alabama/Creighton
Tennessee/Kansas State
Houston/Texas
UConn/UCLA

I can live with that.

I would rather watch women's golf.
as far as women's sport go, women's golf is probably the most watchable. I like that they hit the ball as far as me in certain situations. It's cool to see them hit the exact same club I would hit and then see how they do.

I guess women's beach volleyball is better, but I have a hard time with that one because my remote control hand and jerk off hand are the same.

I'm not interested only because my team is out. But if they weren't, I'd love it. I think upsets and being wide open, make the tourney compelling.

Women’s tennis is it for me. Shorter games than the men’s and they actually go back and forth way more. Men’s game is dominated by the serve too much for me.

I would think most people think it's great. Think about the biggest fanbases. While their team is out most of the teams they hate the most are also out so fans like me, though I would watch anyway (I'm watching the NIT right now), can watch and not even really care who wins. So it's stress free viewing.

No. College basketball has sucked the last 5 years
Your problem is that you are just watching the wrong kinda basketball. You don't care for defense, you should tune in to games of horse. (unguarded shots from all over the floor.)

Mugging and tackling people isn't basketball. Thats why guys on teams like that never make the NBA.

This isn't 1940

Tennessee only had 11 fouls all game against Duke and none were flagrant. Duke had 18 fouls on Tennessee.
Duke players didn't complain and Duke's coach didn't complain.

Maybe, if Iowa wasn't defenseless y'all might still be in it.

Your team sucks at basketball, but I wouldn't want to meet them in an alley, lol.

The new style of officiating doesn't let good players show their skills

Our team is still in the tourney and that is good. Your team is out on it's ass and that is what sucks. Learn to use terms properly.

Running back and forth down the court and shooting wide open shots is not basketball.

You have clearly never played.

I think the confusion is you're mistaking "special needs" kids get to run down the field untouched and score TD's and get to dribble down court and get free shots. That may have been your HS experience and I'm sure it was thrilling for you and I'm glad you had a good time, but the real world don't work that way Hawkit.

Just wait until this weekend when they start calling games differently. I hope your bench is deep.

I am saving a seat on the bus for you.

And make a final four for Gods sake, lolololol.

Unless they start calling breathing we will be fine. Oddly enough, there was no clear evidence that Iowa was breathing, so y'all might have been fine.

Your coach don't have the cred like Pitino or Izzo, to hack your way to a title, let alone a final four.

I just realized that the only thing standing in the way of a final four is FAU, K-State and an unranked Michigan St team. Holy hell….If Barnes doesn’t get it done this time, it may never happen.

11 fouls for a game isn't hacking, so not sure what you're talking about, but Tennessee's KenPom #1 defense is something to appreciate. I suppose no wonder you can't wrap your head around it is because y'all ranked # 168. Do y'all even defense, bro?

Clearly Iowa is going to have to recruit wrestlers and football players to win in March, doesn't mean I have to like it.

There is no flow to college basketball anymore.

I actually prefer to watch the NBA playoffs. They know what people want to watch.

The tourney is a crap shoot and it always has been. Y'all go on about your brackets, but they rarely play out like you thought. Btw, screw the FF, we are here to win this.

It's the old philosophy, you can't call them all. WV, Louisville, Michigan St, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Baylor etc...all do it. It sucks.

Well, you already took a blow to that strategy.
