Cuonzo Martin is going to own the STL Metro East now.
Black possibly leaving is also not a shock to most of us. And it still might not happen. There are a couple of players that we are hoping to nab in the 5th year market that would more than make up for Black. But of course that isnt guaranteed either.
Is there anymore news about Porter playing this year for you guys? Is the younger porter going to the draft? Tilmon tonthe draft?
I’m not here to sling mud. Don’t get me wrong, I hate mizzou and hope you guys lose every game, as I’m sure you feel that same way about illinois. It’s part of being a fan.
But I come here for info. That’s all I care about.
They aren’t interested because, honestly, I’m not sure he’s all that good. Quite possibly a mid major caliber player.
He takes a different approach to this board than I do. Not my style.

Some people like doing that and I’ll be honest it’s funny to read at times. But I’ve found it better to be civil, even if I can’t stand the other team. A lot more is learned about the other team that way and with us undoubtedly sharing recruiting battles, I find that civility useful.
Nobody has any idea whether MPJ will play or not. We all thought Saturday was the day and then he said he wasn’t playing. This entire situation has been weird. I don’t know why he would hold a press conference saying he has his next doctors appointment in a week or two and if he gets cleared he plans to play. Then when he does get cleared he doesn’t play. Even when NBA people are saying it would be smart for him to play.
Jontay had a hell of a week this past week. Averaged I think 22.5 and 8. Every good game he has has me more worried he is leaving. It has been said though he will only go if he is confident he will go in the first round. I can’t imagine Tilmon leaving. He has shown flashes of brilliance but he is still inconsistent. Not sure how well his game translates to the league.
I had heard that the mom was adamant that she didn’t want him to play this year. Of course I heard it on the internet...
I’ve heard that too but I don’t really know what to believe with this situation. I don’t blame her for wanting to be cautious but this entire thing has been a mess. The kid has been all over social media hinting at his return, there was the press conference, etc.

Not really. They are operating on old info. Things have changed in the past week.
