Nope. What you aren’t getting is that everyone in college sports cheats these days. Everyone. You just have to have the balls to fight the ncaa on it and lawyer up. The ncaa really has zero power and schools with money have started to understand that.
The NCAA chews up programs like Auburn and spits them out.
They’ll probably take a few scholarships from KU and ban Auburn from the postseason for three years.

UNC was committing systematic academic fraud for over 20 years and got off on a technicality.
That's what is so crazy about the NCAA. Maggette is bought and paid for his AAU coach and it's admitted in court testimony making him ineligible and all games play should be vacated - NCAA does nothing. UNC has one of the worst cases of academic fraud ever but - NCAA does nothing. Bruce Pearl hosts a recruit (he didn't land) at his house and lies about it when busted - fired and UT gets hit with penalties. Kelvin Samson makes a few too many calls/texts to recruits (something that is now legal) - banished for years from college ball and IU is decimated.

Emmert (NCAA president) takes money from programs. I chatted with a guy that worked for the NCAA and he stated that Emmert won't let them punish certain programs even though they have a mountain of evidence (bama football). You will notice it was his predecessor that nailed both UTe and Indiana. That guy was legit. He nailed Miami football too. But notice nothing has happened to Arizona and LSU and nothing much will happen to Memphis even though all three were caught red handed cheatin' up a storm.
