I actually have no concerns with what was said about UNC. Not sure how UNC is UNC should be taken the same as the other comments. Nothing will ever really come of it anyway so none if it really matters.
We love beating U6. It used to be a rivalry but you have to win a few games to really be a rivalry. So please win once in a while so it can become a rivalry.
Given the posture of each of the witnesses, I would have been surprised to hear differently on either side. Which is all to say that I don't think these comments do more than state what many people believe is true without confirming it in any way. Or more succinctly: sound and fury signifying nothing.

Restricted from post season for two years is not the death penalty and UK never committed the deplorable acts of providing prostitutes to 16 year old recruits. Deplorable is the NCAA definition of what UofL did and not what UK did.
