I don't know who the best player on the planet is right now, but it's not the dude that complains to the refs every time down the floor and plays worthless defense. LeBron used to take pride in his defense, not anymore.

Lebron is still the best player on the planet. And I don’t care what he does on the court to be honest. Him recognizing Duke and K publicaly is what’s appealing. Kids idolize Lebron and him making statements like this certainly don’t hurt.

I have no idea whether Lebron's boy is any good or not but Lebron loving K is well known, though we were told the USA connections didn't help K a few years ago. ESPN is basically one huge Duke promo anyway, though I don't think they really need it with the way K has been recruiting anyway.

If he is too big of a coward to tell people who his team is and all he brings to the board is witless trash talking, then someone needs to take out the trash. I am all for a good exchange of juvenile jabbering, but see little use in it if we aren't even willing to say who we root for.

Personally, as someone who was born in '75, I appreciate all that Knight and K has done for college basketball. Some might say bullying, some might say structure.

Pretty sure I'll be tagged if McClung ever shoots 50% from the floor in a game - and then I'll subsequently be told to eat crow for calling his HS opponents JV teams. 7 games into the season and McClung is 21 for 63 from the field.
What Bron is doing (somewhat) privately for Duke and K is helping a lot more.
