Gotta think if Duke can beat FSU they'll be back in the bubble mix. Some bubble teams like Xavier, Boise State, and SLU have shit down their legs. Of course Cuse is right there too.
I hope UNC trounces VT. The fact that VT is the 3 seed with all their cancellations is an absolute joke.
Yeah, I think beating FSU gets them into consideration. They will make any argument they can to get the bigger schools in I would think.
I think it will just be whether or not they can make shots. I doubt Williams can do what he did tonight. Also, does FSU play like they did when they were rolling or like the first half against ND? They can't afford that against Duke.

Duke going back and forth to Durham and staying in the same hotel as their football team, who had an outbreak, now seems incredibly stupid. Cancel the ACCT, award UVA the championship, and let teams prepare for NCAA tourney bubble.
Pretty sure they were just afraid to play Florida State. Two ACC cancelations this season... and both were against FSU? K's just happy to finish the season with a Dub.

I thought we had a chance against Florida State. I would have still favored FSU, but were good enough to beat them or anyone else in the ACC. Oh well. Good thing I watch more than Duke.
I just hope, more than anything else, that Mark Williams comes back. Dude is going to have a monster season. Put with him Paolo Banchero? Our frontcourt is going to be a handful for opposing defenses next season.

We still haven't lost an ACC Tournament game since 2018.
Reporting that it's one of Duke's walk-ons that tested positive. K intentionally got his grandson sick so that he could end the season on a win and preserve a winning record. Also, Duke can now say they didn't miss the tournament. They were simply ineligible for COVID reasons. Dude is slick
Durham to Greensboro is about a 45 min drive. Didn't know they were going back and forth like that.

Why is everyone saying a walk-on? Duke is reporting it as a personnel member. Maybe "personnel" means anyone associated with the program, but I always think of it as someone employed by the school.

Yeah, not a fan if someone actually leaked that info. We only have 3 walk-ons. All of them will probably receive a fair amount of harassment for "being the cause of the season ending."
That really sucks they lost the ability to play their way in. It was a long shot but not getting to try really blows
