Kentucky will be fine. Robinson is more than capable of handling point guard duties. He had some beautiful dimes against Gonzaga. And Kentucky will be a little better defensively, too.
Yeah, I'm not saying Kerr Kriisa is not a good player, but UK is better when he's on the bench and I think he's a guy Pope really likes, so this forces Pope to put Jaxson in there as Butler's backup.
Yeah, depth is where they will miss Kriisa, especially until Butler is 100%. You can't really expect to run at such a frenetic pace on offense all game when you have limited options at the point. Players have to get a breather every now and then or they'll run out of gas in crunch time.
Battier wouldn't have gone to UK anyway. That's the year Pitino left for Boston.
Big win at Miss State. Kentucky looks like they're acclimating to the physical play in the SEC and if they shoot like they did tonight they'll be damn tough to beat.
Keep in mind as well, they're all Quad 1A wins (more than anyone else), and only one was a home game.
