It's too bad Roy called off the series due to the ACC expanding. There were a lot of great moments in that series.

Game for game it’s not the loudest, but I would put Rupp at its best right up there with Cameron and AFH for best big game atmosphere
Oh, I have no idea. I'm just screwing around. I have no idea why they took a break. I thought it was agreed upon by both coaches because of one of those events or something like that.
If I could keep one OOC home and home it would be versus Kentucky. I just love that game.
On Cal's website he brought it up. It wasn't a gotcha type deal,it was just the schedule didn't work.
No he didn't. Cal and Roy came to an agreement due to the scheduling conflict. Now back when Pitino was your coach he did cancel the series.
I'm glad you don't because that's how it went down. Roy always plays a big boy schedule and UK has been a part of it for a while.

This does say UNC asked to take two years off because the teams played in Vegas in 16. It also says that UNC sent UK a contract to resume the series this past year in Chapel Hill. Guess Cal didn’t want to play.
Actually nobody called it off. The contract had ended. They played each other in 2016 anyway. UNC wanted to resume it this past year & I guess UK didn’t.
blah blah. UNC and UK played and Roy called it off with Calipari teams.
Everything after is just excuses.
