Question for Kansas fans

Reading through Blue Ribbon and they have the “Projected Starters” “Key Reserves” and then the lowly “Others returning” for each team.

I noticed that KJ Lawson was under “Others”, so how big of a role is he supposed to have for you guys? I assumed he would be a pretty key piece, am I wrong?

He's a wild card honestly. Could be the first wing off the bench. Could be the first 4 man off the bench. Could be farther down the bench. Hell while I think Vick will be the starting wing I wouldn't be at all surprised if KJ was eventually the starter at SF.

There's a lot of talent and a lot of depth at KU. Will be interesting to see how the rotation plays out.

I think he gets 15min a game, more depending on match-ups and foul problems. DeSousa (assuming he can play) will get a lot of his minutes because he is just better. I can see KJ get opportunity when we go small-ball as well.

Starters will possibly be either Dotson/Moore, Grimes, Vick, D. Lawson and Udoka. First 3 off the bench will probably be DeSousa/KJ/Garrett in some sort of rotation.

That's a heck of a lineup. Would be shocked if they don't start the season off #1.

Thanks for the two cents. I had more of a sixth man role in my mind, but I guess this just speak toward their depth. Definitely number one to start, in my mind.
