Funny part is no one, the passengers nor the driver, was charged with anything drug related and nothing was collected as evidence. So they put a video out there of cops "planting evidence" where there was no crime being cited by the officers or any evidence being collected. Typical.
*they could have tested the baggie for residue if they really wanted to, but didn't give them too hard of a time. And this is the thanks they get.
From what I remember of the police department’s response, they had tested the baggie for drugs and it came up negative.

NORFOLK —The owner of a Miller Street horse center has put out a warning to other horse farms to be on the lookout for a man who allegedly had sex with a horse at the facility on Thursday.
The horse was uninjured, Turner Hill Equestrian Stables owner Hillary Swarr said Friday.
"This man is a sexual predator," she said.
