If the parking deck is really busy, it's a pain in the ass trying to get someone to let you out if you have to back out.

I back into parkings spots all the time. A)I like working on my reverse driving, and B) it's just easy to pull out.

Maybe she’s wrong, but ‘build more prisons and impose harsher sentences’ is for sure the wrong answer. A lot more wrong than her answer.
Edit: ftr, I think she’s right. Rehabilitation a) works, b) is a better use of resources if you’re actually interested in trying to fix the problem. The same goes for funding mental health facilities and community improvement projects.
