Guys who helped start and shape the country who just so happened to abide by societal norms of the time, bad statue.
Career criminal who should have already been in jail for multiple other things and happens to get killed by an asshole cop, good statue.
I don't plan on getting into a fight with bear lol. Also carrying something to feed them, besides a body part is also a good idea. While they're munching, get the hell out of there. Black bears aren't usually much of a problem. Pepper spray works too.
