But I’m all serious, this almost exactly the result I was expecting. I said Notre Dame by 14, but I obviously didn’t anticipate UM returning a kickoff for a touchdown.
Still think UM is a solid team this season, Shea is a definite upgrade, but the hype was ridiculous, as it always is with The University or Michigan football.

Standard delusional Purdue fans. They think their entire athletic program is something it really isn’t, relevant. I think they have the fewest National Championships other than Northwestern in the B10. IU has more basketball National Championships than Purdue’s entire history to their athletic program. It’s really sad. I question why we would even want to keep them in the B10.

Michigan is good. But that won't cut it. Hes 1-6 vs Notre Dame, MSU and OSU. You cant go 1-6 vs your three biggest rivals, at a place like Michigan, and survive. Unless your winning conference titles, etc, etc...

Please show some actual posts to back this up. I’ve seen Purdue fans be excited because we won a bowl game last year but how does that equate to “never seen Purdue fans talking more shit than this year?”

I would Say if they don’t make the Rose Bowl they’ll be disappointed judging by how hyped they were for the season to start and how good they keep telling us how good their coach is supposed to be.

Are you denying that Brohm is a good coach? I don’t think any Purdue fan mentioned anything about a New Year’s Day bowl in year 2 for Brohm after the roster he inherited. Simply making/winning a bowl game with the roster he inherited was amazing. But there’s still a lot of sub-B1G level talent on this team. What’s wrong with being hyped for he season to start? Shit I can only imagine the hype from you guys if you came off a bowl win since it hasn’t happened in 25 years.
Exactly. The only really bad outcome would’ve been getting blown out. I can live with a 4 point home loss when we spotted them 14 points off of dumb turnovers.
Depends. He is very close with Petrino and not sure how he’d feel about taking over for his former boss. I think a lot of people assume that Brohm would definitely leave for Louisville but don’t think it’s anything close to a certainty.

Why would Louisville call? They're gonna be just fine. I mean at times, they looked pretty good. You just can't have silly penalties and turnovers vs Bama. Then add to it bad snaps, and dropped passes. Louisville wouldve beaten a lot of good teams last night. Unfortunately Alabama's a tad better than good.

Point is. To insinuate Petrino's job might be in jeopardy over this, is asinine. Louisville will be quite competitve. Alabama's just a fvckin monster. They'll beat the shit out of a ton teams this year.
Didn’t watch it...plenty of talk about Petrino and his job status before getting blown out. I will say Louisville has a fairly easy schedule
