I can’t believe the refs did that. They called a loose ball foul on MSU with 1 second on the shot clock off a dosunmu block and it was phantom

I don’t see how we recover from this. If Ayo is out for sure we’re fvcked but even if not you can’t lose 2 in a row at home and make the big dance

Losing 3 in a row is basically a death sentence. We’ve still got at Rutgers and Penn State, likely 5 losses in a row and wayyy outta the bracket picture

If Ayo is out (that looked BAD...), we are in trouble. However, if not, this team is still quite young overall and learning how to win. Either scenario does not take away from BU being a good coach. We were probably never going to go from cellar dweller to conference title contender, and we’re back down in the “fighting for a double bye” range. That’s a successful turnaround. Let’s let this thing play out.
Yeahhh we gotta at least take one from Rutgers or PSU. If we lose both it’s over. Even if we won out last 5 games it might not be enough lol
Nah. Have 8 wins in the B1G and three games left against NU and Nebraska. I also don’t think we lose all but those three, regardless. I wanted to be back to where we were used to being fighting for conference titles and protected seeds as badly as anyone, and I’m crushed; but we have a long collapse before we’d be on the wrong side of the Bubble.
As bad as that looked for Ayo, I did not see any pop type situation that seem to occur with bad ligament tears. My guess is this is not season ending.
However I would prefer to hear from some of the smarter folks in here, like Gil or JohnHoosier.

I was okay if we lost on that last possession, but losing our best player is probably the worst way that could've happened.
I was okay with none of it and now I’m turning on my car in the garage for a quick nap
