Congrats Bucky....Well deserved. Tough season for you guys with the accident. Good luck rest of the way.Looks the perfect time to say this:
Those who stay become champs.
Arkansas, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin. should have been at least 2-2 in those games.
Getting out coached by Mark Turgeon at the end of a game is a fireable offense.Arkansas, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin. should have been at least 2-2 in those games.
Was waiting for you to post...Congrats....Well deserved. As I said, tough sledding with the accident. You guys fought....we didn't. Unreal loss, but it is what it is.SmokinSmile
I certainly hope not.Archie getting fired?
I thought this team was tough and physical the last 4 or so games. It's a flawed team offensively. I'm also expecting next year to be another step better. IU's guards average rankings coming out of high school are only better than a small handful of teams too. Add Lander and a solid grad transfer, and you'll see a jump there too.Not to mention----We are soft as butter.
Note---I still think Smith got a clean steal there.
That had more to do with Jalen Smith playing quite possibly the best game of his career. He was so good that day.Getting out coached by Mark Turgeon at the end of a game is a fireable offense.

Miller is fine. IU shot 11-35 in the paint----THink about that----35 shots in the paint---Made 11. Not sure how that's on Miller.I certainly hope not.
While we are at it, extend Lil Pitino.
Hey Wisconsin did a great job being physical too. I thought Reuvers in particular was great defensively. Wisconsin deserves credit too.13-35 in the paint today

Potter has been the difference for Wisconsin. When he became eligible they became a different team.
Yeah, I dont think he lost them this game at all. But I dont think he is the answer for you guys. I think he will do just enough to not get fired for a few more years, and then you guys will tire of that and fire him.Miller is fine. I still think that they will make the tourney. But, if they lose the next one, they are going to be sweating a bit.Man rough start to Archie’s career at Indiana. Missed tournament, missed tournament, and sweating on the bubble.
You have to think, I don’t know what his buyout is though. Like we’re stuck with Turge for at least two more years because of his atrocious buyout.Heck Bmore, Archie got swept by Turge this season!!
Archie feeling the heat next season if no tourney??
Oh I'm not saying he's immune for some blame. He is. But IU was 13-35 on shots in the paint...I mean, he can't control that. When players underperform coaches normally get some blame
Purdue.Serious question
If the last at large bid is choosing between a 19-13 Indiana squad , and 18-15 Purdue squad
who do you take? When you Account for conference record, head to head record, SOS , etc.
I think Purdue would get the nod.
I would say Purdue, but I don’t feel like dealing with the 8 pages of the shitty Purdue posters showing their ass so hopefully it doesn’t come to that.Serious question

Durham hit a 3 with IU down 56-51---cutting it to 2. If not mistaken, that was Indiana's only FG from the 10 minute mark. Unreal. Its not like Wisky was lock down defensively. IU just missed a tom of easy shots...I mean, 13-35 in the paint is ridiculous. Race missed two shots from 8 inches....IU was up 9 at the 10:04 mark. They then only scored 5 points in the next 9:09 on 5 free throws. Holy fvck.
I know Wisconsin are B1G champs but I don’t feel like they’re a top 4 team in the league lol but that’s Wisconsin hoops they just get it done

What about a 20-13 Indiana team?If Indiana loses to Nebraska they won’t get in
Indiana hoops under Archie is just like the Amaker years at Michigan.
Always coming up short the last week of the season. I feel your pain.
I think one win in the BTT gets it done. But then again, who knows...Every bracket had IU solidly in, excpet Lunardi. What about a 20-13 Indiana team?
I agree that if they lay an egg to Nebraska they should be left out, but the conversation becomes more interesting if they have 20 wins
I disagree. I think the offense is fine. We just don't have guys who can consistently finish. Again, Indiana was 13-35 on shots in the paint. At least 10-15 of those on set plays. Tons of open looks. Smith has zero touch. IU gets looks out of their offense----they just do not make them.offenses look similar too, their super poorly coached
