Iowa is close to Xavier. It's easy for him to get there and play against better talent than the YMCA. Illinois has players from a bunch of schools workout and play there.
Didn't say no interest. Just said there are a few schools above Iowa.

Last year MSU came off of a huge win and was receiving a ton of buzz, and then in early January we went into OSU and it killed our mojo.

Another terrific take from Mkgcbb, goes right along with his Nojel Eastern is better than Romeo Langford, Romeo Langford isn't going to be on the BIG10 frosh team(a great shot at BIG10 frosh of the year), and (my personal favorite)that Trevion Williams reminds him of Ethan Happ. (a guy that coming into the year he said was one of the best college players of all time)

He went to high school in Michigan and I know Izzo recruited him a bit, but then he got hurt and a little obese from not working out, and we kind of stopped recruiting him hard. He has some decent post moves. He is much more of a broke mans Nick Ward (Ward as a Freshman may end up being his peak, about 13 points ish) than an Ethan Happ.
