My biggest concern was shooting. And well...……...Talent isn't the issue here. IU has as much as anyone in the B10.

Seasons has been toast even when IU was 7-1.....Or even 2-0 ion the Big10. Just not very well coached. Just a bad hire.

He wants the NBA. That's a pretty well known fact. So I guess I am/was expecting him to leave. Other than a ridiculous amount of $$, not sure why he would transfer. He's 72 in %poss. It's not like we're limiting his attempts/opportunities. Now, having to play with Carter Gilmore may be an issue.

Unless I'm missing something, Storr has already transferred and there's no shot he's a sophomore grad transfer.
So he'd have to sit out a year right? Which would make transferring a helluva decision considering how much Wisconsin is clearly committed to featuring him.
I thought that rule was appealed. But maybe I'm wrong. Like I said and you mentioned, he's had basically unlimited usage. So that's not a reason. But he's posted bags on Instagram all year. As far as I know, it's always been an NBA bag. Not necessarily a college bag. I think he's doing well $ wise at UW.
My understanding is that undergrads get a 1 time free transfer, then you could transfer again without the sit out if you graduate.
Otherwise, you gotta get a waiver for a second transfer as an undergrad. Given I don't know how generous/stingy they'll be with waivers.
In general, I do think the portal's value is gonna take a bit of a hit once the covid year is done. More guys are eligible right now because of the extra year, and a lot of these guys are more experienced and can stay at the new stop longer because of the covid year. Will be interesting to see play out.

I know he’s not great but I think a guy who could hit 3’s could’ve helped out with spacing and given guys like Reneau and Ware more room to operate.
I officially feel old lol. James Hardy’s (former IUFB stud) kid just committed to Purdue for football. Such a sad story for him he was fun to watch.

The Illini fans I know get home, take off their Brooks Brothers suits and change into something more comfortable to watch their team play.
Iowa fans wouldn’t know a suit if they were given one for Christmas and consider a sweatshirt with a chicken head imprinted upon it as high fashion.
