I hope Michigan gets Ohio State in wet/rainy conditions because it equalizes athleticism / talent gaps. These conditions and this court are good for MSU vs Gonzaga with similar logic. It’s a bit of an equalizer.

How do we know the B10 is bad? Its November 11th. Probably no one that is Elite----but ****,when is the last time someone was? I think IU, UM,MSU, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, OSU,possibly Rutgers, will be NCAAT teams. Penn State(said this all summer/fall) is a sleeper.

I don't think the conference is as bad as pundits are expecting.

These conditions and this court are good for MSU vs Gonzaga with similar logic. It’s a bit of an equalizer.

I’d say in a game where jump shots are harder and post play is emphasized and really the only go to offense, that helps the team with the guy who’s maybe the best pure post player in the country.

MSU’s strength as an offensive team (per Kenpom) last year was our deep shooting. Gonzaga is obviously a great shooting team too, but I think making shooting harder both teams cripples our offense more than theirs, just because of their inside options.
