And yet Izzo couldn't figure out that to win all he needed to do was have all 5 guys in the paint and watch us brick 3s. He died on his "give up 2s not 3s" game plan and lost twice. The "coddled by B1G refs" argument when they shot more FTs than opponents on all neutral court games without B1G refs makes no sense

4th game in 11 days, but who is counting.
They had played 4 games in 18 days coming into tonight.

They played Iowa February 28th, got a week off, played two games in the Big10 tournament, got a week off then played tonight.

This is normal stuff, no excuse for a college basketball team to look like they're taking oxygen over a stretch like that.

Where is @B-Westy and @pig1960 when you need them? LOL...

Morning fellas. How's everyone feeling today? Anything historical happen in last nights games? Possibly another one seed getting beat by a freaking sixteen seed for only the SECOND TIME IN HISTORY?

In terms of Strength of Schedule? FDU's schedule was ranked dead last. 363/363.

FDU is not just the shortest team in the field, but in all of Division 1....with an average player height of just over 6'1".

FDU only got into the tournament because Merrimack, who won the NEC Tournament, was ineligible for the NCAA Tournament as they are in the transition stage from Division II.

FDU won only four games last season.

In the regular season, FDU has lost to:

SIU-Edwardsville

Hartford (Who recently announced they are going to transition down do Division III.)

Queens University (2022-23 represents their first year in Division I basketball)

Stonehill (Also in their first year of Division I)

This is the program Matt Painter lost to in the worst coaching job I have ever witnessed in an NCAA Tournament.

There shouldn't be any need for one, it was obvious to anyone who watched who the better player was.

Edey is bigger and that's it. Trayce is a better passer, ball handler and far more athletic.
and can defend multiple positions and handle the ball anywhere on the floor.
