Why do we continuously have some of the most hated refs in the B1G? We need this bastard to rotate out. My hate level for Bozo is reaching Driscoll level.

Could be related. All I know is that Brian was telling us all summer/fall that Edey had been dominating practice. Painter clearly valued that stuff, as Tre isn't the only senior to lose his starting spot.
Also, unless there are vidoes/witnesses not described in the article, I don't see how Tre gets any punishment for this. Like you said, not a good look, but seems highly unlikely anything comes of this.
He should be fine. It's not like he sold some stuff and then donated the proceeds to charity.
