NCAA committee just trying to be consistent.
I think Rutgers can argue that. My first point would be we finished 4th and Michigan finished 8th in the league. But I'm fine with it.

Houston hasn't won a quad 1 game all year, lol. Getting Arizona does suck, though, but we have Kentucky in the S16 (if we make it past Texas/Va Tech who just beat Duke handedly).

He wasn't far off, but we also weren't gifted too many favors with our matchups.
Michigan already made it further than MSU did last year. Not bad for a down year for Howard.
The GOAT Purdue team should be able to handle Texas/Va Tech
B1G championships take lots of time to recover from.

Yeah the seeding was brutal last year. UM shit the bed in the elite 8 but I think we’d have been. In the F4 with Livers playing.
This Michigan team isn’t capable of winning two games in a row tho so we will be no help.

Purdue deserved it over Nova. Same number of losses, tougher schedule, and beat them head to head on neutral court.

Tough matchup. They’re another team advanced stats like more than the committee. Loyola was the same way.
We’ve been told for years that the final game on Sunday for the B1G tourney didn’t matter for seeding. Also, the Big East sucks.
edit: On a final note, vegas is a better indicator than any expert’s eye test or the analytic sites. Purdue is #7 on the sites to win it all right now despite the being in the bracket from hell.
