This team makes me want to take a bullet in the head.

So Sparty has lost 3 of 4 and 5 of 9 and have this schedule the next 5 games? Ouch!

Illinois
@ Iowa
Purdue
@ Michigan
@ OSU
But in that 3 of 4 losses they have a blowout win over a GREAT team, so I think that balances out.

Yeah, the team that’s recently scraped by Indiana, Penn St, Northwestern, Minnesota, and Nebraska, and lost to Illinois (ass beating), MSU, and Rutgers is really good. Good chance you lose 2 or 3 of your next 5.
This is all very ironic coming from the guy whose team recently scraped by Northwestern twice, MSU, and got booty blasted by Purdue twice and Maryland.

We probably lose tonight so you will get the latest laugh.
I think your week determines the B1G winner. Two tough roadies. After that you should be fine. Go 2-0 this week and it's yours outright. 1-1 leaves the door open. 0-2 and it's a free for all.

Much like the IU/PU week we had recently, I will simply take 1-1.

I feel like at about 11 tonight, we'll have a much better idea of who wins the B1G. I could see any outcome with these games.
  • Can "The RAC" claim another victim or will Illinois continue their run to a B1G title?
  • Will Purdue get out of it's funk and play like a top 5 team or will NW win for the 4th time in 5 games?

Big Ten has two former players in the top 50 of the NBA....Bridges and Green.

No wonder this league never wins national titles. Hardly any top talent comes here anymore.

Arkansas, Texas, Alabama and LSU all have 2 five star recruits for next year.

Yep. Not sure how the B1G gets past the perception that it's a slow plodding physical league. Looking at KenPom, only Nebraska (10) and Iowa (48) are among the top 140 in tempo and the B1G is currently the 23rd ranked conference in that stat. And the 2 slowest are led by 1st year coaches (Minny and PSU).

Oh no, Illinois lost twice to Purdue and lost to Maryland without Kofi.

What ever will we do.

Quite the revisionist's history. Lost to Maryland without Kofi. Destroyed you and Indiana in that timeframe. Scraped by MSU without Kofi and Curbelo. Not quite the same.

Took RU and the pts and Purdue to cover. Let's see if I can continue to jinx PU via DK.

I think it'll be clearer after this weekend's game. Or not. Guessing it still comes down to the last game or two.

So basically more top recruits need to start going to Iowa so that the Big Ten can finally be represented in/win a national championship?

That's what those stats are telling me.......

Can I use this argument later in the season if Wisconsin gets a share?

Asking for reasons unknown.
Sure, but we played PU twice, MSU twice, OSU twice, Rutgers twice and ILL once on the road. Not sure you'll have a leg to stand on there.

Yes, you were melting down. She was getting dissed for wearing all Wisconsin gear, and egging on the crowd.

When you marry the biggest douche to ever play in the B1G (Matt Haarms a close second), you will get backlash.

Thank goodness you were there to defend her though.
She-he was way worse than those two.

Their schedule was heavily backloaded, that's why I wasn't worried about having to compete with them for the conference title. Honestly thought OSU and Wisky would be switched in conf standings, but Davis has been outstanding for them.

I thought we were going to finish 10th but I guess that ship has sailed. ****ing obama.

It's kind of bullshit if you think about it. If you win, it's a great win beating Rutgers at the rac, but they are still first four out in bracketology so it won't be considered a good win by the metrics. If you lose, it's a completely understandable loss to humans who know how hard it is to win there, but metrics will consider it a bad loss. Damn computers.
