I said recently they were better shooters but not better basketball players. Can’t tell me that Kopp/Stewart have helped you win more games than Franklin/Durham would’ve.
Any average Joe could watch Kopp and Stewart and be able to tell you they suck at defense. Purdue has plenty of guys this year who can’t guard a chair. Doesn’t change anything about Kopp and Stewart.

Kopp has been poor this year. Franklin has also been poor this year. Durham really has been poor this year as well.
Stewart is the only one with good percentages. Our guard play was upgraded in the off-season. It went from terrible to bad.
Because this is a national board. I was just asking why you were melting down on our home board when we didn’t even play Purdue tonight.

It’s always good entertainment seeing courtsense, hoosisrjimbo, and some of the other crazies go off the rails after losses.
It’s one thing to go look at the board. I frequently watch the meltdowns after your games. I don’t know why you would comment though? Especially if the subject is about a former IUWB player.

What IF Mike Davis doesn't take IU to the title game in 2002? There was this coach, who went 24-8 at Butler----was highly interested in the Indiana job. Davis went 21-13, 10-6 in his 1st season at IU---lost in 1st round....That coach from Butler was interested----but IU removed the interim tag, and that coach moved onto Xavier..........Where he went 78-23, went to 3 NCAAT's, including an Elite 8.....
Then again, this same coach was still interested in the IU job...He was coming off a 26-11, Elite 8 season @ Xavier----meanwhile, Mike Davis went 14-15----and the rumblings where there. But IU, who some tought might pull the trigger, stuck with Mike----He went 15-14. Said coach moved onto OSU. Davis was gone followiing season, after going 19-12, finishing 4th in the B10, losing in the 2nd round...
Of coure by now you guys know, that coach was Thad Matta.
One of the best days of IU hoops, playing for the National title, actually in hindsight, played a huge role in where this program is now....
Think about this----Asides from KS, Mike Davis has been the best hire at IU since Knight..

Yeah, the team that’s recently scraped by Indiana, Penn St, Northwestern, Minnesota, and Nebraska, and lost to Illinois (ass beating), MSU, and Rutgers is really good. Good chance you lose 2 or 3 of your next 5.

Best part about the IU loss is the entire Hoosier fanbase lashing out against their all time leading scorer in womens basketball, Tyra Buss who is dating Brad Davidson. Essentially disowning her for rooting for her boyfriends team. This has some Hoosier fans foaming at the mouth.
Glad I didn't stay up for that, and glad I put Wisc ML in a parlay with PSU and OSU.

Wow. I hadn’t really inspected their schedule too much. I can see only 1-2 wins on that schedule at best.
