Ready for your beatdown, Bucky?
this is true of every team as the coach can only do so much. the players still have to execute the plays. a coach can't play the game. shoot ft's play offense or defense, box out on rebounds, only the players on the court can do that.Side note Kevin Huerter’s interview was nice after the game yesterday. Said Turge is going to take all the heat because that who he is, but he wasn’t the one who missed the FT, didn’t box out, or threw the ball away in the last minute of the game.
Announcers basically telling Davison to stop whining for calls and man up
Yeah. The first one was a 50/50 call, I guess, but that second one was clearly a charge.Charge on Cash? Looked like it
I love that you continue to quote/respond to Gil.Are you saying that Michigan needs to win the BIG Tournament to go to the NCAA Tournament? That's ludicrous
Tough, but fair.
This month is so great, even Purdue's inevitable disappointment can't dampen my excitement.
I do this with him, too. Start following mid-April, unfollow by Christmas. He used to be so good. I loved following him during the offseason. Constant CBB articles all summer. Then as soon as the season started unfollow. Complete clown.
Yeah. The first one was a 50/50 call, I guess, but that second one was clearly a charge.
At least one of those should’ve been a charge. Comical that they were both blocks.
No clue how Wisconsin is only down 1 with a chance to take the lead into halftime when Happ hasnt played for 7 mins because foul trouble and Davison hasnt played for 4 mins because foul trouble.
Hopefully Gard lays into the refs. 9-2 free throw advantage, 11-5 foul advantage. And MSU pays its players and basically condones molestation. Tough to overcome.
I'm so ready to end this season already.
Did your player receive impermissible benefits? Yes.
Did you impose any penalty on the player or team. No.
Did the NCAA? No.
Why is it called impermissible?
I had to drink heavily one night to reset my equilibrium.I refuse to go full Gil 2 days in a row
Everybody knows Izzo is top 5 dirtball coach in basketball. The Payne, Appling coverup is sickening. People give Izzo a pass because he’s 5ft 4.
Glad it's not Mizzou.

Tyler Cook isn’t going to Missouri.
Iowa’s star forward was the subject of some rumors that he’d transfer from the Hawkeyes to the program from his home state, though it’s unclear whether those rumors got any further than a few message board posts.
He cleared the air on Friday, one day after Iowa’s season-ending loss to Michigan in the Big Ten Tournament. Cook’s statement doesn’t mention Iowa, so it’s still not a guarantee he’ll be back in Iowa City for the 2018-19 season. But this does remove one option for his future. Missouri was the only team rumored to be in contention for his services as a transfer, so there’s nothing pointing toward Cook transferring elsewhere at this time. The NBA draft is another possibility for him. Cook can declare for the draft and run through drills at the NBA combine before withdrawing his name and returning to Iowa if he chooses, so long as he doesn’t hire an agent first.
Hell yeah. Doesn't mean he isn't gonna go to the G league but this is good news on the first day of our offseason that he isn't transferring. The reasoning why everyone was saying he was going to Missouri was flawed anyway and that's why I refused to believe it until something was official. Now that it is official, I can say proudly that I was right. What I think will happen is he will test NBA waters and then end up deciding to come back for another year of school. I could very well be wrong, though. Wouldn't be the first or the last time. Thoughts on this @nitewing?
I'm probably glad I didn't post. Yesterday was the 1st anniversary bash for my brewery and I may have sampled the wares a bit too much.Apologies. I had no clue I posted something last night. More shocked that I actually formed a coherent sentence. Let’s just say I don’t feel real good today.
I don't think non-Iowa fans know how big of a loss he would beGlad it's not Mizzou.
