Oh, that from Pete Thamel and Pat Forde? I thought you meant something legit, and in no way am I saying that to disrespect you. I just thought you meant an actual statement from the NCAA or something like that...

I don't think we'll know much of anything until July. That's when the 1st 2 teams get hit, then the others in August.

I would think so plus any items submitted as evidence during the trial. But its possible the committee could listen to the tapes if they could get their hands on it. I don't understand the legalities concerning the tapes.

by law they are not used but with the NCAA legal or illegal aquisition means nothing to them.
