Legarld Vick gone from ku

Shocking that a huge booster would make the claim that the coach of the school he supports is clean.
The dirtiest thing I know Calipari was behind was when, (can't remember recruits name), but the president of FedEx offered a job and a house to the mom of a recruit. IIRC he was from the Washington state area.

I talked for years about how dirty college sports is and most people said I was crazy. I’ve had some inside info for a while and knew what was going on at KU. And sorry UNC fans, my knowledge started with Williams, and if he was doing it at KU, I’m sure he is doing it at UNC.

I also had a good friend on the team at KSU and know for a fact that Wooldridge was dirty, as was Huggins and Martin after him. Weber actually might be clean, I haven’t heard anything on him(though I don’t have the contacts I used to), but I can guarantee you the boosters aren’t. Hell, my next door neighbor when I was in Manhattan was a RB on the football team. He wasn’t even a key player, and he had a decked out pad, with a thousands of dollars worth invested in his sound system and household in general. He made no secrets about how he was able to afford this stuff. Nothing direct from the coaches, but they looked the other way when boosters met with the players. I’ve got a few stories about Mizzou under Anderson as well. I always get a chuckle when I see people try to assume their programs are clean. I guarantee you they aren’t. Even if your coaches aren’t directly involved, the boosters and agents are. And coaches know what the boosters and agents are doing. They just try to ignore it. No need in shaking the hornets nest.

And don’t get me started on steroids(and other enhancers) and football. If people knew how rampant it is on ALL levels of college football, they would be shocked.

I go with the philosophy that they are either all doing it, or none of them are doing it. Coaches for the most part are Alpha Males and they are not going to let some other coach get the better of them by cheating.

Don't burst their bubbles. They're very emotionally invested in the idea that their program "does it the right away."Laughing
