Kentucky @ A&M

UK quickly playing their way out of the NCAAT. Losers of three straight. And if not for a boneheaded foul by Vandy, it would be four. Up next? @ Auburn. With games still @ Florida and Arkansas. Missouri and Bama at home will be tough as well.

Has Cal lost this team?

Yes and if they can finish 3-3 they will still make the tournament. No easy games left though.

Tell Gabriel to clip those lady nails.

Tell your Director of Basketball Operations to stop paying street hookers to dance for 16 year olds in the dorms named after a 9/11 victim.

UK was awful the entire second half, again. Someone has to score. That’s all there is to it. Shot selection is still embarrassing. SGA can’t be depended upon to make any and all offense motion happen. Someone else has to make a move to get open.

You feel safe at 20-10, 9-9? I mean you're probably right. UK has a good RPI and SOS. SEC is much better this year. So in all likelihood, a .500 conference record this year, gets you in.

BUT..........cannot have anymore losses at home. IMO, have to beat Bama and Mizzou at home.

Probably have to win a tournament game to be safe, but yeah. The SEC is really good this year.

We did not beat Virginia Tech. We did lose three games in a row though so we have that in common with UK. I'll be happy for them when the break their stretch so we can congratulate them for it.

I'm expecting KU to out-perform all of that. Lose their final 3 games. Lose @Texas, first game of Big 12 to tournament, the first round loss to a 12 or 13 seed.

I don't watch Virginia play basketball very much, as I find watching grass growing in the winter-time more exciting and faster moving.

Virginia basically refuses to play basketball. It is Dean Smith's four corners on steroids built to use the shot clock to aggravate the opponent. If all teams played the game like Virginia plays it; ESPN would stop covering college basketball because no one would watch. It is painful and no fun.

You know Deans’ teams averaged over 80 points a game during his tenure at UNC?

They did; however, he did not implement the four corners against weak teams, only the teams that could beat him.

Can you honestly say that you enjoy watching a team play catch?

He didn’t do that for a entire game. He won with a shot clock and without one.
