Clearly targeting blue bloods
Just a moronic decision by the NCAA to have the tournament start with no delay. On brand at least.
If Kansas and Virginia both are out of the NCAAT that is two teams Roy has a hard time beating. Too bad we suck this year so it doesn't matter.
Wouldn't be nearly the gut punch of last year, but a gut punch nonetheless.
Then imagine if KU gets hammered by the NCAA and sits out a third year in a row.

If they're out of conference tournaments then they're out of the NCAA tournament. Quarantine protocols etc.
I mean I don't see how, I'm not an expert but 9 days is the shortest quarantine I've ever heard of.They have until next saturday as I'm sure the committee will give them that extra day. 9 days and a minimum 5 players they are allowing assuming they test negative should let them in, no?
I believe the rule is, "The NCAA protocols for playing in the tournament require seven consecutive days of negative test results among all Tier 1 personnel before arriving in Indianapolis."If they're out of conference tournaments then they're out of the NCAA tournament. Quarantine protocols etc.
Hopefully you guys are good to go. It isn't so bad to get out of the tourney early. Just a few years ago Texas Tech got bounced by WVU in first round of the big 12 tournament and went on to get to the championship game. I'm trying to give myself hope for our early loss yesterday. Laughing
I guess we will see which coaches actually care about player health really soon. Glad my coach does...I believe the rule is, "The NCAA protocols for playing in the tournament require seven consecutive days of negative test results among all Tier 1 personnel before arriving in Indianapolis."
Probably not.
Should be a tough out but there isn't enough there.
Played over your head this entire season.

I wouldn't say we played over our head. A lot of close losses against highly ranked teams, including Gonzaga where we were up most of the game. Only had one loss of 10 points or more which was at Kansas.
WVU really wanted that game yesterday.
Played their asses off.
But they don't have the talent of Oklahoma St. To me a team like Oklahoma State is more dangerous because there is still room to turn up the intensity.
Not so much with WVU
If you watch the winning play it speaks volumes.
They isolated McNeil.
Pretty much attack the white boy. McNeil doesn't have the lateral movement to stay in front
Wondering if Duke could rub out the walk-on who has it and get back in the mix since there will be more available spots now
Huggins said Culver could barely walk, much less run and his backup was in foul trouble all game. I wouldn't take much from yesterday's loss. Culver didn't get over to the rim in time to defend that drive.
He never has...
Lol Texas got a few wins and you are back talking shit. Everyone was wondering where you were during the losing streak.
Just the truth.
This hasn't changed.
Texas should know better than anyone. Huggins gives us his best punch
I tell the truth too. Just like WVU, Texas wont be making any noise in the tournament. Sweet 16 is likely both of our teams ceiling. It will be nice to play someone different other than the brutal big 12.
IF you can't see the difference between the two don't know what to tell you.
Talent wins at a certain point when intensity is equal.
But if you can win with talent when the other team is playing much harder than you that also speaks volumes.
Rewatch Baylor vs Illinois at the beginning of the season.
This is why Baylor is probably the #1 team.
That doesn't even make sense. Are you trying to say Texas has the talent to win it all? They wont get close. Hate to break it to you.
