Looking like the Boston Celtics (goons squad) will play the pretty boys of Golden State. FOrgive me but I really hate GS. I hate shooters like Curry, Thompson, Reggie Miller, Ray Allen...I hate them because they are so freaking weird. Even though I am a Celtics fan, I still hate Ray Allen...

Anyway, do you you think the Goons have a chance?

No. I'll probably be pulling for them because I dislike Draymond so much though.

Jinx of the year.

But no, no one is beating that GS team unless they drop key players to injury. That team is historically good.

Wont believe Cleveland isn't winning the East until it actually happens. Yes if the Celtics go up 3-0 I am not writing off the Cavs yet.

That said the Celtics have been very impressive, one has to wonder what the series vs Golden State would be if they had Kyrie and Hayward. But even if the Celtics seal the deal vs LeBron I don't see them pushing the series past 5 games.

I kinda feel the same way just because of Lebron. But I also see some suspect defense from King James these last 2 losses to the Celtics that are reminiscent of 2008 against the Celtics , 2011 against the Mavs , and 2014 vs the Spurs when he started mailing it in. Which the latter 2 led to him leaving his team in FA.

I hate shooters in bball just like I hate kickers in football. Just weird, weird people..give me goons like Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, DeMar Derozan, over guys like Miller, Allen, Curry..

Can't say that notion didn't cross my mind at the time...now I heard Game 3 might have been his best playoff game defensively of his career?

He definitely needs to play solid D for them to have a shot, but I don't think either team can get past GS.

Maybe a little payback for 2015 and Curry and Green go down?

Tonight is a big game. Until I see the Celtics take one in Cleveland I still think this is Cleveland in 7.

I could see anything happening. I almost think if Cavs win it's in 6. If it goes to 7 that's a tough call. Hard to bet against Lebron in a game 7, but cannot recall the Cs ever losing one of these at home.

You can't live off only winning at home in basketball.

I think you can. Especially when you have home court
No you can't because you are eventually going to lose at home. Only teams to run thru playoffs at home unblemished were dynasty/juggernaut teams. Pretty sure it's been the 83' Sixers , 86' Celtics , 87' Lakers , 96' Bulls , and 17' Warriors.

I am pulling for the Celtics but vs Lebron game 7 even at home is not the way you probably wanna go.

Going into the series I did not want to have to rely on winning a game 7 in Boston. After falling behind 2-0 I suppose I'd take it and take my chances.

It would be different if they had Kyrie and Hayward. But Boston is winning out on toughness and defense. Eventually you have to be the more talented team to win.

I would not sell their overall talent short, as one could certainly argue at worse 5 of the top 7 players in this series are Celtics......but definitely helps to have the best player on the court.

Damn I wish the Cavs would have asked for Smart and/or Rozier instead of IT in that trade.....or maybe they did.

If you don't want to play Bron at home, where would you prefer?

It's the goons attitude...The Coach. It doesn't matter what players
