As a point of fact, the somewhat sharp increase in antisemitism and violence against Jews began under a Conservative administration; it is not new as of 1, 2, 3 years ago. This was notably mentioned and discussed often prior to the Hamas attacks on Israel.

It’s like blaming inflation on the current administration’s policies, when whiplash from the pandemic is to blame (regardless of the political leanings of the prior administration, it was inevitable).

That's not the way my old butt remembers, but I am not a hater.
And I deleted that post because of what it says at the bottom, I just meant a Huh, not asking you what you want.
Also I was born in a more simple time, I just don't understand the hate, but I wasn't into politics when I was growing up.🤷‍♀️

I’m fortunate to live life with very little hate in my heart. I grew up in a heavily red, rural county in NY and get along with those old friends very well. If I couldn’t get along with Conservatives, I’d be pretty lonely because they make up most of my circle.

That's good that you can do that, if you had hate in you it would own you!!!!

This is akin to judging Conservatives for the actions of legitimate racists. Most Conservatives are not racist. Most Liberals are not cool with Jews being murdered.

We agree
The difference is that the nutjobs who hate my people on the right are reduced to making fools of themselves in public protests whereas the nujobs who hate my people on the left are elected to congress….in growing numbers. Right now, the left is terrifying for my people. It wouldn’t take much to tip the balance and find one of these wacko antisemite squad members getting a spot with real power.

that’s why me and many other Jews have switched to the right. Nothing against you @brooky03 , you’re a good dude. But you’re associated with some vile scum. And we would be completely ****ed if one of them got some real power. Can’t risk that.

So we can't blame inflation on the current administration either? Wow. Even though it continues after the great climate corruption, I mean inflation reduction act.
The inflation reduction act slowed inflation starting in September, about a year after its passage.

How quickly did you and do you expect legislation to show results?

In my opinion, The Squad is not loved by the Left, including the young Left. In my observation, the Right has antisemites and absolute racists in Congress, openly so, and I would not estimate the number of antisemites to be greater on the Left.

Of note, it is not inherently antisemitic to express caution over military actions in Gaza. You have made it clear that you do not have a high opinion of Palestinians and believe most champion attacks of Jews/Israeli’s. Being of that opinion, it’s easy to understand why you see things the way you do.

A reality does exist - and is not unlikely - that most Palestinians are normal humans who do not support the killing of others and would prefer not to be killed. These Palestinians are likely to be killed as collateral damage in a higher percentage than those who support aggression against Israel, Gaza is a messy situation and collateral damage is inevitable. Misguided hopes for peace in the region at the expense of Israel proactively removing terrorists (at a high civilian cost) are not antisemitic. It’s not a matter of valuing other lives over Jewish lives, or Jewish lives less than other lives. It’s a matter of valuing life, in a probably misguided and short-sighted way.

What gives you the idea that most Palestinians are normal humans who don't support the killing of others? Honest question.

Reporting and analysis by foreign and domestic entities interested and qualified to analyze such things in unbiased ways.

I believe that the majority of the human race is overwhelmingly good. I think that most cultures/ethnicities are overwhelmingly good. With the exception of Palestinians. They are low IQ trash who are bred and raised as pawns for the Islamic jihadists in the ME. It's not their fault in the beginning, but they are brainwashed demons.

The only hope for them is for Israel to hit the restart button.

Do you have a case? You want to make it personal between you and me. Will you tell us what you take issue with outside of your disdain for me? Give us some examples of how Palestinians are good people.

The only conclusion to draw from your response is that passenger trains should die. They’re only viable because of subsidies, currently. And you’re saying drastically faster service would not pave the way to profitability.
Yes sir.

It is far cheaper to fly passengers long distances than by rail. Drastically faster rail constitutes a greater danger than flight. The electrified portion in the northeast is what I would consider faster; however, it is not near as fast as air. You cannot travel on ground as fast as in the air for very obvious reasons.

Passenger trains that do not make money should die, pure and simple. To my knowledge the only passenger service in the U.S. is the service forced on the railroads by the federal government.

I guess that studying economics and applying them in a very demanding job just complicates my life because I actually think that I understand free enterprise systems of production. The Inflation Reduction act showed results, but they were the wrong results and reflect more of a central control socialist system which historically have always resulted in malaise.

Inflation is cumulative. The rate of inflation is going down, but the cumulative effect is that we are in a similar position as last seen in the early 1990's.

In 1983, thanks to stupid economics coming out of the Jimmy Carter era (I voted for him regretfully), my mortgage was a nice 12%. After Reagon my mortgage was down to 10%. Later it was down to 8%. I paid it off and no longer would consider debt.

Just three years ago mortgage rates were down to 3 and 4%. Now thanks to Joe Biden’s policies of debt and debt on top of debt and his stupid green new deal it is now 8% and if he continues to have his way, they will be back to 12%.

If you like high mortgage rates for your house and cars then support his policies. I hate those policies as I see them as very destructive to our country.

I'd like to see the statistics on who is committing all these antisemitic and anti asian attacks(physical attacks). I'd bet a lot the majority of the people doing so aren't voting Republican.

Have you read the Quran? It is a hard read and it is basically anti-Jew and anti-Christian. Of course you are too lazy to read a bad book of hatred.

By the time that Muhammad died there was not one Jew left in the Arabian Peninsula. Why?

Do you think that Muhammad loved Jews?

Do you think that he loved Christians?

His goal was to kill all of them. Then they turned on the Hindus. How many millions did his followers kill in India and Pakistan? Tell me. You are the bright guy defending the murder of Jews.

Please; help me out here.

You state "the right has antisemites and absolute racists in congress". Who are these? Name them! You can't because it is a damned lie.

I can name in a New York minute who the haters of Jews are. Do you need a list?

Mohammed was much like our current president. A child molester.

I think it would be hard to argue that the inflation reduction act did much to curb inflation. I think in certain very specific cases it theoretically could, but not overall inflation. Inflation has largely been reduced by the Fed and their interest rate policies. We flushed the economy with so much liquidity over the last two administrations that the Fed had to act to suck some of it back out with contractionary monetary policy. My personal opinion is that the liquidity issue was caused by both, but the tipping point was the last Covid relief package, which at the time seemed fairly unnecessary given where the economy already was.

I’m middle of the road and can take your side on quite a few topics, but wanted to put my Economics degree and work-related experience to use.

NOTHING about AI news is trustworthy.
I’m not in with AI generated news and think that the entire AI movement will end up doing a lot of harm. It’s all fun and games when we make bands do covers, but it won’t be so when scammers use it or it replaces large numbers of jobs.

I found this to be a little creepy.

I like the idea of mashups. Let's say Kid Rock singing I'm a Radiohead Creep

This should be fun.

No shit - that is some ignorant hate filled nonsense being tossed out by the OP….

Most Palestinians are pro murder?
Most are low IQ?

smh 😞
Educate yourself on Palestine. They are taught from birth to hate jews. They believe at a young age that the best thing they can do is to martyr themselves in order to kill jews. Over 3/4 of Palestinians support what happened on October 7th. So the answer to your first question is, yes

The average IQ of Palestinians is sub 80. So the answer to your second question is also yes.

Some people believe that speaking truth without hesitancy somehow means that you are spewing hate. Fact is, the hate is coming from the people who progressives like to paint as the oppressed. Do you ever wonder why it is that not a single Muslim country wants Palestinian refugees? It's not just my opinion of them, they're nothing but useful idiots to the rest of the ME.

Most Palestines pro murder? Yes nearly 100%

Most Palestinians are low IQ? Yes, they are non functioning ******s born and bred to do one thing and one thing only, murder Jews.

It's really not that hard to understand when you look at the actual facts of the situation.

I can't believe Leslie Wexner didn't have more sway with Harvard. He's the big swinging dick in Columbus.

He singled handily shut down the OSU college atmosphere in Columbus.

Getting the shit bombed out of you tends to be a factor in a poll. To be clear the massacre was reprehensible and retaliation was justified. Calling for genocide and lumping all Palestinians as stupid and murderous is also ignorant. The response by the Ivy League presidents towards allowing hate speech is sickening.

Having a low IQ tends to lead to the belief that supporting a terrorists group with no other desires than to kill jews, won't lead to getting the shit bombed out of you.

So you have nothing to say about the fact that most Palestinians support murder and that the average IQ is low. Now you are claiming that we said that all Palestinians are stupid and murderous. That's not what I am saying. But, there is a high likelihood that if you met a Palestinian (actually grew up in Palestin) they are probably stupid and likely support the murder of jews.

You did say the good things that should be easy for anyone to say. Kudos to you.
