Man, you nearly got them all in there. Wanna meet up in RL and fight next?

Listen man, no biggie. But come on... next time somebody posts something about having a little empathy for somebody they normally fight with in the midst of this all, instead of going all communist conspiracy, why not just say “Sure, good point.”?

Nobody is eaten up with you, weirdo. You are just a pitiful excuse for a teacher, let alone a person. You are the problem with the world. A sacared, sad soul who would rather see thousands of students suffer and fall behind than risk getting mildly sick yourself.
Yeah, you don’t seem eaten up with this post at all..

Saw this on the news up here. Sororities and Fraternities functioning normally and taking no precautions. No masks worn during a Sorority event, caught on camera.

Good. Time to herd this shit. Rip the bandaid off and go ahead and get through this just like half the world did.

I have to admit... so, I do a lot of fact-checking stuff... like, if I see something that seems unlikely, I just do a quick google or whatever to make sure it is true.

When I saw this, and then checkedit and saw this was the actual title, I laughed my ass off.

Bravo to whomever decided to run this title... it did every job a title should do.

Hope everyone down there gets healthy and stays that way.

lol, now you’re an internet tough guy. Talk shit in anonymity. You’ve derailed mentally. You need a break.
He took a long much needed break for months, and came back even more unhinged. “Mask up little bitch”

Wut does that even mean? Lol

Quit being a drama queen. I didn't threaten you. Haven't tried to sound tough. But the funny thing is, you keep tagging me, the wrong handle, but still. You talk shit to me and about me and now you want to act like a victim. But no worries. You are off of my respond to list.

This is the point where he takes potshots as a protest but won’t quote you @bkingUK ...it’s pretty weird. I’m just glad he’s added another person to the list. Party on.

This is cute. You were back on my respond to list. But this place will be healthier without us pretending to be nice to each other. Anyways, this thread had been one of the few controversial OT threads to stay on topic. But you know what they say about nice things...

Since you won't see it on the news, I will share it with you here. Fauci predicted that by the end of July we would be seeing 100,000 cases a day. We never reached 80,000. A month ago the 7 day rolling average was over 69,000 cases. Today we are at the lowest 7 day rolling average since early June.

In Florida the positive percentage rate is under 5 percent, the daily cases and hospitalizations have dropped dramatically and the deaths are down significantly. All while having a third of the deaths as the state that did it right.

In Texas, the daily cases and hospitalizations are dropping significantly and the daily deaths have started to fall at a higher rate. Remember the frozen trucks to store all the dead bodies because of the republican governor's recklessness? Not one dead body was put in those trucks and their hospitals were never overrun despite Lester Holt's fear mongering.

Arizona is basically done with the virus with 75% of their deaths being reported are backlog reports. And their cases are under 1,000 a day.

These are positive numbers and they need the air time the negative numbers got.

Ghost, it doesn’t fit the narrative. It’s August. My county has around 180 positives total. 1 death still. Active cases, 30-40, in a county of nearly 30,000. Yet we have to abide by a governor’s dictatorial arbitrary rules that are geared more toward large city populations.

There is 0 intellect and discretion in this governor’s, and his cohort’s decisions.

North Carolina is clearly past the peak. Most of the state has 12 percent or above infected which is the threshold for lessening the likelihood of a significant second wave. Cases are dropping at the fastest rate yet, same with hospitalizations and positive tests percentage. We are now below 7% as a state and would be below 4% if three counties start trending better. In order of highest percentage rate. Wake County, Buncombe County and Mecklenburg County.

Positive news.

With things seemingly going in the right direction in North Carolina, I wonder what Cooper will say when the end of the latest phase 2 extension approaches in a little over 2 weeks.

Things are going well in New Jersey! Went in for my physical today, my doctor is an infectious disease specialist… She said things are looking great. Fingers crossed we go back and things stay going well, so we can KEEP going back.

Well remember. The goal was to get the test rate to 8%. When we reached that, it got changed to 5%. Using other states as measuring points, in two weeks we should be below 5%. So he will have no choice but to remain in phase 2 until we get it below 3%.

Yeah considering that it’s Cooper that we’re talking about. I’ll be shocked if they let us go to phase 3 in a couple of weeks.

So talking to the gym owner today, he said he spoke to several of the LEO’s that work out in the gym. They told him even though he, as a gym owner, is supposed to keep letters on file from each gym member who has a doctor’s recommendation to use the gym...they as law enforcement cannot ask to see the letters due to Hippa laws. They are required to get a warrant.

The doctor providing the note can be a chiropractor, general practitioner, specialist...pretty much any type of doctor. Lol. Beating Cooper at his own game.

Are there really riots still taking place?
Downtown is pretty much closed today because there is some wacko group coming in from Atlanta. Supposedly trying to block all the highways with vehicles they've rented out. I guess they rent these cars, park them on the highways, and just leave them there to inconvenience people. Its a mess. I've always thought I would be a lifer in Louisville just because of family, but I don't see myself staying here the next time a move. A surrounding county will be just fine.

Damn, that's wild. Come on down to Texas my man. Everything is better down here (excl. bourbon). And I speak as someone who lived closely to where you are now.

Have always thought I would do well in Texas, but it just comes down to family for me. My life is here, I would miss them if I moved far away.

I hear ya man. My family still lives on the other side of the river. It's a 14 hour drive from Dallas. Ugh.

We’re putting a house up for sale near Marion, Va. The rural housing market is on fire in NC and Va. One realtor says she has 30 under contract and needs more. Too many buyers. Old family owned home that’s become a money pit to keep up.

Death rate of those infected in NC, if you believe their stats, is 1.5%. Death rate in our county is .005%. I suspect both are lower.
